ABOUT TANTO METRO AND DEVONTE
Tanto Metro (b. Mark Wolfe, 27 May 1969, Kingston, Jamaica, West Indies) and Devonte proved to be the leading sensation of 1999. The duo enjoyed widespread media coverage following the release of "Everyone Falls In Love", although they had previously achieved individual notoriety through the Shocking Vibes crew. Metro had been the opening act for Beenie Man and Silver Cat where he demonstrated his versatility as a singer, DJ and comedian.
